My sister had tried to explain sleep training to me before but I didn't think I could do it or needed to. After attending a webinar with BINX, I was convinced. We're on night three of this and my almost one year old baby girl who previously would only fall asleep nursing and sleeping with me is sleeping through the night in her crib.
