{Product Review} Busy Boxes: Kids Craft & Activity Boxes

ilissaProduct Review, Toddler Needs

All summer long I watched a friend of mine’s two little girls on Mondays. Let’s just say that by hour 2 of Monday #1 I was out of ideas of how to keep them busy. I had just put Marlayna down for her nap when my doorbell rang. I couldn’t remember ordering anything when I saw the delivery truck out the window. I think it was actually a magical fairy showing up at my door, because I opened the package and then I was like, “Thank god this came today!!”

Busy Boxes

Busy Boxes are craft kits for kids. They definitely keep kids busy. Each kit is $19.99 and includes a variety of crafts centered around a theme. The themes are absolutely adorable and so are the crafts. Of course two moms are the brains behind the Busy Boxes company.

Busy Boxes Birthday Box

We had two Girls Birthday Box kits, one for each of the girls. Each kit included supplies to make a crown, a picture frame, and a wand. The supplies also included the needed glue, and glue dots to make things easy, and the gems had sticky back (so no glue needed for those, thank god!). I didn’t need to add any supplies to make the included crafts. I think the girls and I did a great job! They did need some adult assistance, but they are 3 and 5, and mainly it was just because I didn’t want glue all over my house (who doesn’t get a little glue crazy, though).

Busy Box Birthday Girl Kit Crowns and Wands

The girls then spent the afternoon playing with their new wands and crowns. Yippee! We didn’t even have time to make the picture frames before their mom came to pick them up.
